1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.
  • Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered Ayurvedic, personal-care, wellness, or consumable products may not be eligible for return.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Name and contact details

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

This information helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened, where applicable.

  • The original packaging should be retained.

  • The product should be in the condition in which it was received.

  • The return request must meet the applicable eligibility requirements mentioned above.

Vedriddhee reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with.

4. Replacement

If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or an item is missing, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected product, or

  • Another appropriate resolution after reviewing the case.

Replacement availability may depend on product availability.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product or supporting information has been reviewed and the claim has been approved.

The refund will generally be made to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, the following may generally not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, where applicable

  • Products that are not eligible for return under applicable law

7. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

If an order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel the shipment.

8. Shipping Issues

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs of the package before opening it whenever possible.

If an item is damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details so that we can investigate and assist you.

9. Refunds for Undelivered or Lost Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered by the shipping carrier, Vedriddhee will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
